13.02.2015 11:17 Members of the PRUP central committee on the Collective Agreement have analyzed all proposals which were submitted by the employees of “DTEKPavlogradCoal».
On 5 February 2015, the commission members were working on the establishment of the Protocol which will be entered with most important proposals with the purpose of further transferring to the proprietor and including them into the current Collective Agreement in the form of additional guarantees. The first range of issues contained the increase in salaries, the transfer to one official rate of payment to stop existing unfair difference in the remuneration of labor. Employees working in the same conditions and performing the same scope of work must not obtain “notices” with 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 UAH difference. The issue of increase in payment to the rate of inflation ratio for “DTEK PavlogradCoal” employees is emphasized as the key demand and requirement. The second range of issues considered by the central committee relates to the domestic fuel provision and its indemnity payment. The main demand of Dnepropetrovsk Territorial Union Organization of coal-miming industry of Ukraine (PRUP)is to have this existed benefit regardless of the Mining Law, article 43. West Donbas employees should obtain compensation and domestic fuel as additional benefit in addition to the labor legislation. All people of “DTEK PavlogradCoal” continue hard and stable working at the front-line area with increased production loads. Upon the increased production capacity the employees fulfill their plans and are ahead of schedule. The Collective Agreement is supposed to effect in full and include new insurances and guarantees to rise the people welfare to maintain social stability in the region. |
