28 January 2015 the Cabinet of Ministers building will be picketed and Dnepropetrovsk Territorial Union Mining Organization mine-workers along with other participants from all regions of Ukraine will participate in this action. 

On the basis of the Appeal of Presidium of Unions Central Committee No.9-1 of 15.01.2015 and taking into consideration the current situation which did not leave a choice for mine-workers, as battle for their social securities, i.e. provide funancial support to mining enterprises, wage increase, timely payment at the Energy market, debts repayment for consumed coal products.

Presidium of Dnepropetrovsk Territorial Union Mining Organization of Ukraine DECIDES as following:

 1. Take part in the protest action on 28 January 2015 in Kiev in the form of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine picketing.

 2. Apply to the local police department and Security Service of a town of Pavlograd with the proposal to support in the Union delegation movement to Kiev and back.

 3. Chairmen of primary union mine organizations, subsidiaries and structural companies of “DTEK PavlogradCoal” should performs as follows:

     3.1. Provide participation of their delegations in accordance with their union orders and head their delegations personally.

     3.2. Ensure discipline, order and safety for their members upon movement and participation in the propest action. 

     3.3. Ensure food, hardhats, headscarfs and flags for all participants.
