“Mr. Grigoriy Osovoy, the President of Federation of Unions of Ukraine, addressed the Appeal to Mr. Petro Poroshenko, the President of Ukraine in which he expressed an emergency concern regarding the State budget for 2015 and a number of Laws containing provisions of limitations on social-and-labor spheres adopted by Verkhovna Rada (the Parliament of Ukraine)” - the Media-center of Federation of Unions stated.

The fundamental discrepancy of Unions is associated with regulations on the “freeze”, and according to actual fact the reduction in one third of real measures of basic state social standards and assurances as follows: cost of living, minimum wage, minimum pension and others.

Trade Unions pay special attention that reformative initiatives and adopted Laws do not contain measures for labor motivation of citizens in legal economy, to the growth of quantity of working places at domestic industrial enterprises. At the same time the decision of cancellation of job motivation at the village, early retirement, government service staff reduction and deprivation of financial support for a sanatorium-resort system will result in the increase in unemployment figures especially among young people.

Taking into account that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should submit proposals for consideration to the Parliament until 15 February regarding changes in the State budget for 2015, Mr. Grigoriy Osovoy called on the head of state to support the state effective social dialog conduction for compromises search and balancing of citizens interests, business and the state for protective purposes of constitutional civic rights.
